Company makes every effort to provide our product as described and to avoid altering programme dates, lecturers, venues etc. However, should it be necessary, Company reserves the right to make appropriate changes and will notify the client at the earliest opportunity. A full refund will be given to all client in the event that the product does not proceed and an alternative venue is not suitable/applicable.

Refunding

If you find that the product you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations, we want to ensure you have options available. You have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund.
